Home training during times of Coronavirus

In previous posts, I mentioned Michael Arend Training, mainly because he analysed my fitness level and training habits, and helped me prepare for the Zugspitz Supertrail race.

For those who are not in possession of any kind of home trainer (bike, treadmill, rowing machine…) and would like to prevent getting out of their four walls for a little training run, Michael Arend together with SUUNTO put down an eight point list on how to stay strong when things turn upside down.
